Introduction

SEGMENT 1: Pierre LaBossiere joins Africa Today to discuss developments in Haiti and a new report on the 2018 La Saline massacre. It’s entitled The La Saline Massacre and the Human Rights Crisis in Haiti. Pierre LaBossiere, who is the founder, one of the leaders of the Haiti action committees and a longtime activist around Haiti.
SEGMENT 2 (33:11): Professor Manu Ampim discusses the ongoing flooding in the central areas of the ancient Kushite and Nubian civilizations of the Sudan. He is the author of Egypt as Black Civilization: The Vanishing Evidence of Classical African Civilization and Modern Fraud: The Forged Ancient Egyptian Statues of Ra-Hotep and Nofret. He has recently published the first edition of A History of African Civilizations which examines Africa from its early beginnings to the key classical African civilizations of Kush, Nubia, and Kemet.
